Transaction
Transaction is defined as, when a user login to JP-Online and click on any of the function (e.g. Berth application) to create a record. This is considered one transaction. Transaction also refers to updating and deletion of created records.
Enquiry
Enquiry is defined as, when a user login to JP-Online to enquire on any submitted transaction record, this becomes one enquiry. For enquiry, updating of record is not allowed but only view submitted records.
