Managing Specialised Berthing Operations
- Double banking for Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer and overside loading/discharging
- Mediterranean berthing for Ro-Ro operations
- Necessary permits from relevant authorities for the above
Executing Specialised Vessel Cargo/Equipment Handling Operations
- Heavy lifts and heavy haulage (e.g. mobile harbour cranes, sheerlegs, SPMT, etc)
- Cargo rework including assembly, dismantling and modification (e.g. assembly of knock-down/portable carousels, etc)
- Preparation/receiving, loading and installation of grillage/cradles and seafastening for stowage of special cargo (including NDT)
- Spooling of anchor chains, cables from ship to ship/shore
- Fabrication and installation of grillage, structures to secure equipment
