You will need to click on the icon of the desired mobile app listed in the JP Authenticator app which will direct you to the login page.
To login to JP Homeport or other JP mobile apps, register your JP-Online account with fingerprint authentication if supported. Open JP Authenticator, choose the app, and use fingerprint or enter your User ID, Password, or PIN if fingerprint isn’t set up. If not registered, use User ID and Password only.
