Ms Marina Chin joined Jurong Port Board on 1 October 2023 and was appointed a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Ms Chin was one of the founding Senior Partners of Tan Kok Quan Partnership in 2000, and was appointed Joint Managing Partner of the firm in 2015.
With more than 30 years of experience, Ms Chin has advised market participants on disputes and general business matters across a broad spectrum of industry sectors in Asia.
She was appointed Senior Counsel by the Singapore Academy of Law in 2022.
She has received numerous awards and accolades, eg. Euromoney Legal Media Group Asia Women in Business Law Awards – Best in Dispute Resolution; The Legal 500 Asia Pacific: Recommended Lawyer; The Best Lawyer: Leading Lawyer (Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation); Asialaw Profiles: Distinguished Practitioner.
Ms Chin graduated from National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1989. On completion of the postgraduate practical law course, she was awarded the Tan Ah Tah Book Prize.
