Chief Financial Officer
Francis Nyan is Chief Financial Officer as of 1 November 2022.
Before joining Jurong Port, Francis was Director, Treasury & Payments Division at JTC Corporation. He joined JTC in 2019 and was responsible for key finance functions such as financial planning and budgeting, corporate finance, financial investments, payments and financial governance.
Francis has more than 20 years of banking experience with DBS Group, a leading financial services group in Asia. At DBS Group, he served in a variety of functions, spanning corporate banking, retail banking, risk management and corporate treasury. His last position at DBS Group was Managing Director and Head of Capital and Funding, Corporate Treasury. Earlier in his career, Francis also worked as a policy analyst at Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Francis is a CFA® charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He was awarded the DBS Overseas Scholarship for undergraduate studies and graduated with first class honours in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford. He also holds a Master of Arts in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore.
