Companies with or without a Jurong Port credit account can apply for STP. Government-issued Photo ID and necessary supporting documents must be submitted during pass application process:
Government Photo ID:
- Singaporean/PR: NRIC; or
- Foreigners: Work Permit/ S-Pass/ Employment Pass and Passport
Pass application for foreign nationals without a Singapore work pass will be approved on a case-to-case basis.
Supporting documents:
- Delivery order/invoice, collection note, custom permit and Electronic Shipping Note (ESN); or
- Sponsor letter from Jurong Port credit account holder with the following information:
a. Name and ID of the person sponsoring
b. Purpose of entry (e.g. to perform hot work, to delivery cargo, etc.)
c. Location accessing (e.g. warehouse 1, yard 10, etc.)
d. Sponsor company letterhead
e. Sponsor company representative name, stamp and signature (strictly no photocopy of company stamp and signature) - Relevant licence or training certifications for application of occupation code
Any physical amendments to the Sponsor Letter will not be allowed and the application will be rejected.
