Whistle Blowing Policy

Employees and third parties working with Jurong Port (such as suppliers, vendors, partners and/or customers) are encouraged to report any misconduct or malpractice concerns directly to the audit committee. 

Jurong Port will take all reasonable steps to protect you. If the disclosure was made in good faith, you can be rest assured that no action will be taken against you even if subsequent investigations reveal no wrongdoing.  

Fraud, bribery and any unethical behaviour have a negative effect on our workplace. By reporting malpractices, you are playing a part to provide a safe and secure work environment and help save costs by eliminating unethical behaviour. Incidents of malpractice which are reportable include:

  • Breach of law or policy
  • Fraud or corruption
  • Bribery
  • Collusion
  • Criminal offences
  • Deliberate concealment of malpractice
